College Prep Centers

What are College Prep Centers?

The library's College Prep Centers have two components:

  • A physical space in the library set aside for college and career exploration, a collection of college and career books that can be borrowed, and laptops available for use in the library to:
    • Research college and vocational school options
    • Complete college admissions applications and essays
    • Study and take practice exams for the ACT, SAT, GRE and other tests
    • Apply for financial aid
  • A team of volunteer College Prep Coaches who can help you navigate college and career resources.
  • Are you unable to come to one of the locations? Then try the online center instead.

Who can use the College Prep Centers?

Everyone!

  • Students in Middle School or High School
  • Parents and guardians of students
  • Adults who are looking to return to school or change careers
