Tax Forms & Help
The IRS and the California Franchise Tax Board provide branches of the Fresno County Public Library with supplies of frequently-used individual tax forms for free distribution to the public. Branches can download and print copies of other forms which are not supplied to libraries for 10 cents per page. You may also order tax forms to be mailed to your home for free by calling the IRS at 1-800-829-3676 and the Franchise Tax Board at 1-800-338-0505. Alternatively, you may also pick up IRS tax forms by visiting the Fresno IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center at 2525 Capitol St., Fresno 93721 (2 blocks south of the Central Library) from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Mon-Fri.
Viewing and printing these forms requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. These forms are best printed with a laser printer.
