In addition to renewing books the telecirc system allows you to list items currently checked out, list or cancel outstanding hold requests, list books currently overdue, and learn about any outstanding fines. Fresno County has placed an order for an 800 number for Telecirc (March 20). We have discovered that the two lines devoted to telecirc were not working together correctly. This will be fixed and callers should have less trouble getting through to the Telecirc service.

If you choose the menu number for renewal you can choose to either be prompted by title, to enter item barcode numbers, or to renew all items.
