When you signed up for a library card, you were asked to choose a four-digit number as your Personal Identification Number or PIN.
You need this PIN along with your library card number to request materials online. A PIN is also necessary to review the status of your account and renew materials through My Account or via the TeleCirc automated phone system.
You can change your PIN at any time: Log into My Account, go to the "Personal Information" tab, and select the "Change PIN" option.
If you don’t remember your PIN, please contact the Library for assistance. We can usually help you fastest by phone at (559) 600-READ (7323). Expect to be asked for your library card number and some other piece of identifying information, such as your date of birth.
