PIN - Personal Identification Number


  • When you signed up for a library card, you were asked to choose a four-digit number as your Personal Identification Number or PIN.
  • You need this PIN along with your library card number to request materials online. A PIN is also necessary to review the status of your account and renew materials through My Account or via the TeleCirc automated phone system.
  • You can change your PIN at any time: Log into My Account, go to the "Personal Information" tab, and select the "Change PIN" option.
  • If you don’t remember your PIN, please contact the Library for assistance. We can usually help you fastest by phone at (559) 600-READ (7323). Expect to be asked for your library card number and some other piece of identifying information, such as your date of birth.
