This service is intended for specific questions with brief, factual answers, but it is also a convenient way for people from out of town to ask questions having something to do with Fresno County.

When and how will questions be answered?
Heritage Center staff will do their best to answer your question, or suggest how you can further pursue your question, within five working days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will often reach a staff member more quickly by calling 559-600-6230. The library does fax and mail information to people for a fee. Otherwise, we will answer by email.
