Get notices about your Library account by email, phone, or text/SMS.

Email Notifications
You can choose to receive the following notices via email:

  • Overdue items
  • Pre-overdue alerts 3 days before an item is due
  • Requested items ready for pickup
  • Billing notices
  • Notification one month before your library card expires

Phone Notifications
If you prefer, get automated phone messages for the following notices via our Telecirc system.

  • Overdue items
  • Requested items ready for pickup
  • Billing notices

Text/SMS Notifications
You can also receive text/SMS messages for the following notices:

  • Overdue items
  • Requested items ready for pickup
Currently, you can only elect to get one of these message types via text/SMS.

U.S. Mail Notification for Lost Items
An item overdue for 60 days is considered lost and your account will be charged for the cost of the item. Notification of these charges is always sent by U.S. Mail.
