Library Check Out System Maintenance

On November 16 & 17, maintenance will be conducted on the library’s check out system to improve library service. During these two days, some temporary service disruptions will occur:

  • A library card will be required to check out materials.
  • Limit of 5 items per person.
  • Only applications for library cards will be accepted.  Library cards cannot be issued.
  • Items cannot be placed on hold or renewed.  This includes in-person, by phone and through the ValleyCat catalog.
  • Other services not available will include the ValleyCat catalog, online databases and access to library accounts by phone or the Web.

Public computers will remain available for word processing and Internet use during this time.  All services will be fully restored on November 18.
