Kerman Branch Library was opened June 24, 2002.

• Seating Capacity: 28 public, 2 staff
• Public Computers: Capacity of 8 Public computers.
• Library Materials: 21,484 items including special collections and artifacts for Punjabi, Spanish, and Russian cultures, read-alongs, CD's, videos, audiotapes, newspapers, magazine, Young Adult and Children's Area.
• Financing: Bill and Katey Sebastian, City of Kerman, Median and sidewalk Improvements: CDBG & City of Kerman funding, Friends of the Fresno County Library -Young Adult furniture, Fresno County Library District Measure B Funds.
